AI for
Business Owners

In six weeks you'll build one Claude-powered workflow that does a job you currently do by hand every week — and you'll own the knowledge files that make it sound like your business, not a chatbot.

6 weeks8–12 owners per cohortNo tech background needed$1,950 · early-bird $1,500
Who it's for

You sign the cheques —
and still do the quotes.

This is for the person who answers the after-hours enquiries and writes quotes at the kitchen table on Sunday night. If you can use email and Dropbox, you can do this. You bring your real business; you leave with a working tool, not notes.

Built for owners like
  • Café, restaurant & catering owners
  • Trades — plumbing, electrical, landscaping, building, HVAC
  • Boutique gyms, studios & personal trainers
  • Dental & allied-health practice owners and managers
  • Retail & e-commerce operators
  • Local services — cleaning, mobile mechanics, pet care, beauty
Not for
  • ×Anyone after a passive "set and forget" bot
  • × Get-rich-quick AI side-hustle seekers
  • ×People who won't do ~2 hrs of homework a week

This is hands-on work on your own business. It only pays off if you do the homework — and it rewards that, not just showing up.

What you build

Enquiry → reply,
in minutes.

Whatever your trade, the workflow is the same shape: take an inbound enquiry and turn it into a finished quote, proposal or on-brand reply in minutes instead of hours.

Today you dig through old quotes, second-guess the price, and write it from scratch. By the end of the course, Claude reads your pricing rules, your past examples and your brand voice, drafts the reply, and you review and send.

The work that ate your evenings becomes a ten-minute desk job — and the technique transfers straight to follow-ups, marketing, SOPs and more.

The workflow you'll own

A photo, email or voice note comes in. Claude drafts against your rate rules, reference quotes and voice. You check it and send — same day, every time.

The six weeks

Week by week.

Week01

Audit & mindset reset

Find the one leak worth fixing, and unlearn the chatbot reflex.

Why most owners get nothing from AI, a time-audit of where your week leaks, and live hot-seats to pick your spine project. The big idea: context beats cleverness.

You leave with

A one-page leak sheet with a real number, and three real example files.

Week02

Tooling setup

Give Claude the keys to one filing cabinet — safely.

A guided install of Claude Desktop and the filesystem connector pointed at one business folder, the plain-English privacy talk, and one extra connector chosen for your work.

You leave with

A working set-up reading your own business folder, plus a one-line privacy rule.

Week03

Knowledge extraction

The most important week: get what's in your head onto disk.

Claude interviews you to fill the five buckets — process, rules, rate card, reference examples, and the failure log (where one entry can pay for the whole course).

You leave with

Five populated knowledge files, including a real failure log.

Week04

Build the skill

Wire the knowledge into a tool you can run on demand.

The six-part anatomy of a skill — role, task, procedure, references, output format, guardrails — built live as a Claude Project and run on a real enquiry in the session.

You leave with

A reusable skill that drafts in your own format, proven on real work.

Week05

Iterate against live work

Diagnose before you fix — make it good, then stop.

Is the output missing knowledge, wrong knowledge, an unclear prompt, or a model limit? Each has a different fix. Change one thing, re-score, and stop polishing at 80%.

You leave with

A scoring sheet and a skill that lands consistently at 80%+.

Week06

Handover & next skills

Lock it in, keep it fresh, line up the next leak.

The five-minute maintenance routine, a showcase where you present your working tool, and scoping your second skill — because the method is yours to run again without us.

You leave with

A maintenance plan and starter files for your next skill.

in a real business.

Plumbing · Quoting

The Sunday-night quote pile

Before

6–8 quotes batched Sunday night, ~25 min each. A third go out days late — the customer has already booked someone else.

After

A photo or voice note on site; Claude drafts against his rate rules and three reference quotes; sent before he's back in the van.

~2.5 hrs back/week+ jobs won on speed
Dental · After-hours

The after-hours enquiry

Before

Website & Instagram enquiries answered next morning, 8–10 min each, tone wandering — and some have already booked elsewhere.

After

A warm, accurate, on-brand reply drafted from the FAQ folder, approved in under two minutes. No patient records ever touched.

~45 min/day back+ more enquiries converted
Landscaping · Failure log

The $4,000 lesson

Before

Quoted a retaining wall without tipping fees and ate ~$4,000. The rule lived only in his head — and he nearly repeated it.

After

One line in the failure log. Now every wall quote Claude drafts flags spoil removal automatically and refuses to leave it blank.
