Hi, I'm Rou. I build the systems that run businesses — and lately, the AI that runs the systems.

For the better part of a decade I've run operating businesses end to end — P&L, teams, suppliers, delivery — as the person accountable when it works and when it doesn't. I got obsessed with the machinery: the handoffs and bottlenecks that quietly eat a margin, and started replacing spreadsheets-and-memory with systems that actually hold.

That led me into AI properly — the real build, not "use ChatGPT to write emails." I've shipped a production SaaS platform end to end with an AI pipeline at its core: document parsing, automated estimating, retrieval, agentic workflows that produce real deliverables. I know where AI earns its keep — and where it's expensive theatre.
